We ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and worldwide using UPS. If you don't find your country in the delivery address drop-down menu, please e-mail us on info@kailique.com and we'll make sure it's added.

When will you charge my card?
Your card will be debited the amount once you complete the check out process. We will then send you an order confirmation e-mail to let you know once your product has been dispatched.

Is VAT included in the total price?
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. VAT is only charged on purchases by customers in the European Union. If you are located outside of the European Union, and your order is going to a non-EU address, you will not be charged VAT - the amount will be deducted in the checkout section once you have entered your delivery information.
